What if I stop using it later?
Clients, notes, packages, payments — everything exports to CSV / Excel at any time. Data is kept after you cancel, and you can request deletion within 30 days. No lock-in.
Who can see my data?
Members of your workspace, within their role permissions. Workspaces are isolated from each other at the database layer and continuously verified by automated tests. Every sensitive action is audited.
Is the cloud safer than paper or a spreadsheet?
Paper cannot be encrypted; a spreadsheet has no permissions and no history. PaceDesk encrypts data in transit and at rest, sets access per person, and logs every deduction, refund and deletion.
Audio deleted after transcription
Voice is used only for transcription — deleted from PaceDesk's servers right after and not persistently stored; it is sent only to an AI transcription service contractually restricted from retaining or training on it.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Singapore data centres.
Sign-lock and audit trail
Signing locks the note; deductions, refunds and deletions all write to a tamper-proof audit log.
Database-level isolation
Every workspace is isolated at the database layer (row-level security), continuously verified by an automated permission test matrix.
Not used to train AI
Your clinical data is used only to generate content for you; under each AI provider's prevailing API terms, it is not used to train their models.
